    I saw that but It does not mean the guy died or nothing. the Kill count would be invalid if we took into account "possible" Take downs. You have to think about all the folks getting hit by flying bullets. I mean; just golly, even tony got shot in the neck!

    It's a tough call. I am thinking after season 6 I am going to revisit some of the count and make additions and subtractions. Hewitt was pretty much an idiot and his death is kinda like the Coffel kill from season 1. After thinking about it I added him to the count. Over the years my "criteria" as changed I will think about Hewitt.

    When I first started the count it would only count kills when it seemed to me Jack WANTED or NEEDED to kill them thus Coffel was a mistake or not deliberate and I guess Hewitt was viewed in the same regard.

    I was thinking about writing down my "criteria" in like a blog post or something but who knows. Thanks for the heads up heldmasterflex.

    Another missing kill is Joseph Wald's Dog...the one Jack obliterated with the shotgun.

    I will be adding Hewitt I think but the Dog I will not be adding. I re-read the episode guide on the offical 24 website and Hewitt should be added. We all know the Dog died but I would like to keep the list to only humans :-)
